In very rare case that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / wrong product delivered, you should email us a camera clicked photos of the same product from all possible angles. You must email us at contact@pareedhaan.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We would request you to send us mail for any return request on :- contact@pareedhaan.in with the details such as Reason for returning the product, photo/video of the defective product which you intend to deliver back to us. Our quality checking team will check the authenticity of the defect.

Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange in terms of coupon code which can be redeemed for the purchase on our website only. If you do not want to place the order we shall provide you the refund for the defective order amount. Moreover, buyers are not allowed to return the products that they don’t like because of any illogical reason. All returns are subject to verification by our management team of www.pareedhaan.in. Our Customers can cancel the Orders if it is taking too much delay from the manufacturer in pre booking Zone.
