How can I get registered with you?

On our website. Click on sign up, fill the details and get registered with us. Post registration, you will be getting daily updates of new arrivals Catalogs, offers & Discounts on your email id on real time basis.

   

How do I place an order on your website ?

Follow the below steps to place an order on our website.

  • Select the desired Product & Click “Buy Now”.
  • Products will be added to your Shopping cart.
  • Click “Proceed to checkout” option.
  • Login with your account details or proceed with 'Continue as Guest' option.
  • Enter the shipping address and Billing address & Click on “Save & Continue”
  • You will be redirected to “Order Summary” Page where you can add products & Review your order. If you want to add some special comments, you can add in “Special Comments” section & Click on “Continue”.
  • Select any payment gateway of your choice (Razorpay or Paytm) and make the payment.
  • On successful order placement an Order ID will be generated and you will receive an Order Confirmation on Email & message.

   

I added many items in my cart and now after refreshing cart I can see only few items in cart . Why is it so ?

This might have happen because either products you selected might have gone out of stock. You can always look for similar products from the same catalogue.

   

What are the Domestic (Indian) Payment modes to purchase the products from your website?

We support the below best payment gateways of India i.e.

1) Razorpay - payment instruments supported are all Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, QR, Netbanking, Wallets, EMI.

2) Paytm - payment instruments supported are all Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, QR, Netbanking, Wallets.

3) Stripe - payment instruments supported are all Debit and Credit Cards.


What are the International Payment modes to purchase the products from your website?

All our product rates can be converted into any currency of your choice by selecting it from top right dropdown. Default currency is INR; and we do support many global currencies. If you select a different currency as per your preference, the product pricing would automatically convert into the selected currency based on that day's global conversion rates.


We support the following international payment methods :-

1) Razorpay - All International Debit / Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, Amex)

2) Paypal Wallet - For USA as well as globally

3) Stripe - for all International payments via Debit & Credit Cards

4) Trustly - For Europe


However, there would be additional shipping fees for international shipments. It would be displayed and automatically added to your order when you select International Shipping method at time of Checkout.

 

I live outside India but can I pay in foreign currency and get the order shipped to my relatives/friends within India ?

Absolutely, you can !!! Just select your preferred currency, add/select the domestic shipping address and relevant contact details and make international payment (via Razorpay method) from your card.


How Do I Know if My Order Has Been Confirmed? Will I get any acknowledgment?

Yes. An acknowledgment will be provided to the customers through email once your order has been successfully placed. Also, customers can view their order details, shipment details etc (present and past) in the Customer Login.

While placing order my Transaction Failed but the Money Was Deducted from My Account. Also order ID has been Generated. What do I Do?

This might happen when our server is down. No need to worry about it. You can drop us a mail on contact@pareedhaan.in and we will get back to you immediately. Also, you can contact us on the number mentioned on the homepage for prompt assistance.

   

Do you provide stitching for the ordered Products ?

Yes . We do customized stitching for domestic as well as International orders. We assure you for Lowest possible rates for Stitching without harming the quality.

   

Is COD available for your products ?

Yes . You can Avail COD, provided the service should be available on your pin code. Also while availing COD , customer has to pay Shipping Charges & COD charges in advance. COD is available only in India. COD orders have to be placed by calling us on our contact number.

   

What do you mean by “Pre Booking Products ”?

Products which are Listed under “Pre Booking Zone” are called as Pre-booking products.These products are upcoming from our manufacturers. However we take orders in advance. Dispatching date of each Pre Booking product is mentioned in product description respectively. The reason for purchasing in pre booking is , you get these products at discounted rates


What happens if I order and pay for a product and that turns out to be out of stock ?

While most of our products are available and in-stock throughout the year, however there are some "Limited Stock" tagged products that by their nature i.e. seasonality, pricing, designs or in-demand might not be available at the time of your order. Although we strive to update our inventory real time, however, in situation of unavailability of a product, we will inform you and provide you the options of alternate product or refund. Rest assured, we run a very transparent business and your money would be safe.

   

If the products are stock out can you get back in stock ?

Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?

Yes. The shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the products in your order. You can view the shipping cost in your cart at checkout phase.

   

Do you ship to my country ? Can I track the consignment once you ship it from India?

Yes. We deliver to almost all parts of the world. You will receive the tracking details (Airwaybill number ) along with the name of the courier company from which it has been shipped. You would be able to track the consignment on real time basis. Tracking details are provided for all the consignments be it Domestic or International orders.

   

What is billing address? What is shipping address?

The address where you receive your purchase statements (Bills) is Billing address. The place where consignment is to be delivered is shipping address. Billing and shipping address can be same. If you are reseller you can send orders directly to your customers by keeping their details in Shipping Address & Your Details in Billing Address.

   

Do I Have To Pay customs , Duties And Taxes?

While sending we make sure to send it in such a way that none of our customers should be liable to pay customs duties or taxes. However due to any unusual circumstances if applicable All custom duties and taxes are to be borne by the customers

   

What is the procedure to return a product, If I don’t like it?

We deal only in Quality Products hence quality is up to the mark . We are conducting in-house Quality Checking of each product before dispatching. Also, we guide our customers with maximum description of the product. Hence we do not have Exchange policy. However in case of any manufacturer defect or Wrong product delivered or similar related circumstances we can consider your case. Kindly read Our Return policy for detailed understanding of the same.

   

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don’t accept an opened or tampered package. Please drop us a mail at contact@pareedhaan.in with your order details to report such a delivery.

   

How can we return the damaged product?

You can send us the snapshots on contact@pareedhaan.in . Once approved from our end you can send the products back to us. Once we received the same we will be providing you with the Coupon code for the same amount for your next purchase.

   

Why Have I Not Received My Product Yet?

You might have booked the products which are in Pre Booking Zone. Also, sometime shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and Still your product is not being delivered, please inform us via email at contact@pareedhaan.in or call us so that we can expedite the delivery.

   

How can I get the tracking information?

Post Dispatching your order you will receive an auto generated email which would have the details of the item(s) which have been shipped along with the tracking information.We also send you an automated message on Whatsapp about the shipping details.

   

How to track my Consignment ?

You can login in the Customer Portal and click on your Orders to get the delivery status, shipment details etc.
